Mondeo 2010 plate with 6000 CD: Bluetooth & AUX suddenly stopped working - Turned radio on and held power button in for about 8 to 10 secs and the the display went blank. Lifted finger off power button and display lit back up again.
Hi All, We have a Mondeo Mk3 2.0Tdci 130 on a 54 plate that is sitting outside of our house going no-where. And we are sick to death of trying to sort this problem out. it started about a 3 weeks ago when out of the blue it started asking all of the time for the code for the radio. On the Mondeo the bluetooth unit is above the glove box and the easiest way to get to it is to remove the glove box (screws on the front, two 10mm bolts from inside the roof of the box, disconnect light plug, air bag switch plug and USB/aux if it's in the glove box)1) No. The black antenna cable is just a FM diversity antenna. On the station wagon/estate it is connectet to the antenna in the right side rear window. The white one is connectet to the main antenna in the left side rear window. 2) For Mondeo, after june 2012 it is the head unit that controls the sound for parking sensors. See this thread for
8 posts · Joined 2020. #1 · May 6, 2022. good evening. i have a mondeo mk4 2007 tdci 1.8 . the radio is the 6000 cd the problems i have been getting is very random things, it will switch itself off and sometimes back on again, the display sometimes loses its info like date time etc, the buttons sometimes light up and then turn off, at night
