692. Location: Brooklyn, NY. I ride a Super Duke GT, but I imagine the rear brakes are pretty similar to all 1290s. My rear brake is having issues where I often have to pump it before it engages properly. I gave the system a full bleed using one of those bleeders that hooks into a compressor and I also then rode it and braked hard a few times
1290 problems? : r/KTM. I'm doing a bit of research into my next bike. Currently have a VFR1200F but would like something a bit lighter and with more tech (cornering ABS definitely). Can someone give me an overview of what to look out for on these/the major issues? My main concern is reliability and how it does with year round riding re corrosion.
